Description
At Quick Cable we call our heavy duty copper tube lugs Magna Lugs because they are the thickest wall, heaviest gauge, highest performance copper tube lugs that you can buy. If you have applications in trucks, buses, agricultural equipment, construction machinery, renewable energy, or anything similar in a commercial or industrial environment, these are your best option for maximum conductivity, resistance to corrosion and vibration, and extended life. We start out with the heaviest gauge 100 percentage copper tube in the industry and form a pad that is wider and thicker than anyone else’s. We tin plate it for corrosion resistance, and we mark each lug with the part number, gauge size and crimp locations. The barrel end is chamfered so it is easier to insert the cable. Many parts are UL and CUL listed when crimped with Quick Crimp 250 series crimpers. Our standard Magna Lugs are offered in straight, 45 degree and 90 degree versions as well as in locking and anti-rotating configurations. In addition we have elbow versions, butt splice connectors, retro fit terminals and industrial style NEMA lugs with sight holes.
