Our cabinets fit a full range of applications, specifically designed to provide reliable DC power that meets or exceed expected customer run times. We offer only the best battery manufacturers the industry has to offer in the cabinets that we provide. All cabinets are meticulously designed to meet UL1778 and NEMA 1 ratings. Our Top Terminal battery cabinets are designed to provide reliable DC power where real estate is at a premium, while utilizing top terminal batteries from high quality manufacturers. These cabinets are designed to meet UL and NEMA 1 ratings and is made from heavy gauge steel and corrosion resistant, powder coat finish.

Front Terminal
The Front Terminal battery cabinet series features the innovative front access safety design for ease of installation, maintenance and increased safety. Each front terminal cabinet is designed to be integrated with batteries from high quality manufacturers. Each cabinet it tested and labeled to UL1778 when shipped fully assembled with batteries.
SBC/SOS Spare Cabinets
Atlantic Battery Systems offers a full line of Spare Battery Cabinets which are fully integrated with temperature compensated chargers and pre-wired to accommodate multiple VRLA battery voltages ranging from 2 VDC to 120 VDC. The Spare Battery Cabinets keeps spare batteries fully charged and allows for immediate battery replacement on site which reduces wait time and overall maintenance costs.

From stepped racks to multiple tier, to modular stackable racks, each rack system is custom built for each individual need. Atlantic Battery Systems offers a complete line of flooded and VRLA top terminal racks. All standard and custom racks can accommodate any top terminal battery from any manufacturer. All racks rated up to seismic zone 4.
Any of our racks can be matched with inter-battery and inter-tier cables, sized with Wall Mount DC Breakers, installed with our custom DC Bus bars and teamed with spill containment systems.

Custom Racks
The high quality of the batteries being used is only as good as the cables that you connect them with. Atlantic Battery Systems has invested a lot of effort and capital to build a high quality cable assembling facility on-site. Utilizing high caliber crimping equipment with trained personnel, we ensure that only superior cables are produced and shipped. Each unique power solution need requires a custom set of cables and Atlantic Battery Systems is set up to provide a solutions for each need.
We can provide standard kits for any UPS Battery cabinet for a quick turnaround time. Additionally, we can provide charging and cabinet to cabinet cables as well.
Cable: Our cable assemblies are made from a variety of different cable grades to match each need. MTW, Welding, DLO and many more cable styles are always in stock in any size from 10AWG up to 750MCM. When necessary, our cables conform to UL486 for standby and UPS applications and exceed NEC ratings for renewable applications.
Lugs: We researched and only use high quality lugs and heat shrink to match each unique customer application. We stock and carry heavy lugs for demanding flooded applications and UL lugs for standby power.
In providing cables for endless applications, the word ‘unique’ has become standard here at Atlantic Battery Systems.

Atlantic Battery Systems is committed to providing the best possible solutions for any backup power need. With that in mind, our Wall Mount Breaker (WMB) lineup has the performance and accessories necessary to satisfy all industry requirements in the 30 – 1200 amp range. These units have been rigorously designed to provide over-current protection, as well as a means to isolate the battery system for safety and ease of maintenance. The entire WMB series is available with multiple electrical and mechanical accessories to help cover a wide range of power solution needs. Atlantic Battery Systems has the capabilities in providing standard sizes and custom wall mount boxes to fit into custom applications.
